Smartcare Service Plans
Smartcare Service Plans are a range of Service agreements specifically tailored to your individual machine by our in-house technical team. With a combined industry experience of over 100 years, our team of fully trained experts will help to ensure that the fault is correctly diagnosed before engineer callout and the correct parts are identified, ensuring a greater ‘first time fix’ rate.
Our state-of-the-art software determines that the next available engineer is assigned to you and will arrive at the appropriate time and with all the tools, parts and information he needs to address your specific problem and get you into production again sooner.
All our Annual plans come included with a yearly 'checkup' visit in which we'll clean, recalibrate and check over the machine to make sure it's in peak condition, and report any further work that may be required.
Choose a package that suits you- from our classic 'Essential Warranty' covering all engineer time, to 'Healthcheck' preventative maintenance packages designed to get your machine running more reliably and reduce unexpected downtime, or our flagship 'Premium Membership' that combines all our service offerings with some added bonuses, all for an affordable monthly subscription.
