We are in the unique position to draw on years of
experience in traditional textile screenprinting
and CAD systems for Screenmaking, Design, Colour Management and Digital Printing software.
This knowledge and expertise keeps R.A. Smart at the
forefront of this cutting edge technology within our industry and all our
customers benefit whether utilizing our bureau service or purchasing a full
textile digital system for their own requirements.
Working closely with our Italian software partners Aleph and the digital printer
manufacturers, we offer our customers the right solution for their individual
aplication. Ranging from
desktop systems through to the latest industrial digital print solutions.
R.A.Smart can offer a turn-key
service for any textile digital aplication
including sportswear, fashion, household textiles, accessories etc.
Ancillary equipment specifically designed for use in
conjunction with our digital printers is also available, such as Rotary
Transfer Presses and Continuous or Batch Steamers, depending on the process
required.
Of course, R.A. Smart also supply an extensive range of
digital inks, prepared fabrics and consumables to enable printing onto
cotton, silk and both direct and indirect printing onto polyester.
R.A. Smart also offer a Digital
Printing Bureau Service at our demonstration facility in Macclesfield. This
service enables customers the opportunity to print their designs direct
onto fabric without the cost or constraints of producing screens.
